Yes. When you order a porcelain medallion, you also receive a FREE porcelain MINI-MEDALLION in an attractive gift box. This MINI-MEDALLION measures 2½ cm x 3 cm (1 in. x 1¼ in.).

You can do many things. The SOUVENIR MEDALLION you order can be installed on a monument or urn. It can also be placed beside an urn inside a columbarium niche. You can also place it on a night stand or elsewhere in your home.

Absolutely. You can CUSTOMIZE your SOUVENIR MEDALLION in several ways. Our graphics department can TOUCH UP THE PHOTO of the loved one or simply change the background of the image. If you wish to make changes, our proof approval department can assist you.

Of course. It’s simple. To restore your SOUVENIR MEDALLION to its original shine, simply clean it with a sponge or soft cloth dipped in a SOLUTION OF WATER AND A LITTLE VINEGAR. Then dry with a clean cloth.

Our fine Italian porcelain is BAKED AT A VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE, 1550°F (843°C).

Absolutely NOTHING WILL ALTER THE COLOURS over time because our fine Italian porcelain is baked at a very high temperature, 1550°F (843°C).

Yes. Most of our product advisers and distributors have samples on site so that you can see and touch each of our products and ask any questions you have. You can judge the high quality manufacturing and finish for yourself. You can also learn how easy it is to install our products.

Yes. We take the same care in manufacturing SOUVENIR MEDALLIONS for your pet. For more details, consult the Pet Collection sub-section under PRODUCTS.

We can process either type of photograph. You should know, however, that it is MUCH QUICKER AND MORE EFFICIENT to process a digital file. High-resolution digital files are recommended.

Yes. Our graphics department can significantly improve your photo even if it is OLD, DAMAGED or BLURRY. We can also bring out certain details and even create a new very personalized setting. If you want to approve the changes, our proof approval department can help you.

Yes. Note: Installation should always be done when the temperature is above freezing.

ADHESIVE TAPE. The 3M double-sided adhesive tape (supplied) has been tested and is the simplest, quickest, most efficient and long-lasting method.

The surfaces to be taped must be clean and oil-free. If the surface is oily, clean with a solvent (not supplied), then use a mixture of water and rubbing alcohol (not supplied) to remove any residue. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth.

EPOXY ADHESIVE. If installing in a SANDBLASTED AREA, use epoxy adhesive (not supplied) easily found commercially.

There are two methods for attaching souvenir medallions and plaques:

1. The first method consists of using the attachment system with 3M double-sided adhesive tape (supplied). See the explanation above, under “Are PORCELAIN SOUVENIR MEDALLIONS and PLAQUES EASY TO INSTALL?”

2. The second method involves using the anchor attachment system.

The anchors (supplied) are already attached to the frame. Simply drill two small level holes in the stone using an appropriate drill bit. The distance between the two drilled holes must be the same as that between the two anchors. The depth of the holes must be equal to or greater than the length of the anchors. Check the placement of the medallion or plaque before beginning the installation.

Finally, use epoxy adhesive (not supplied) to permanently insert the anchors into the stone.
